You may return any item in original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of purchase price.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All products come with a full manufacturers warranty. Product registration & warranty information is included with each product. It is the customers responsibility to complete and return product warranty information to the manufacturer.
We guarantee replacement or repair (our discretion) of items due to manufacturers defects for the full manufacturers warranty period. Most products have a minimum one year warranty period.
Returning a Purchased Item:
You must have a RMA Number to return any item.

Or you may use the RMA request form below.
Include your Invoice Number and date of order.
Carefully repackage the item to be returned.
Include in the package;
(1) A copy of your original invoice.
(2) Give a brief explanation of why you are returning the item. (Examples: damaged in shipment, wrong item, item not as expected, item does not work properly. Please explain the malfunction.
(3) Make sure we have your name, address and a daytime phone number in the event we need to contact you.

Please note the RMA must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Processing of Returns:
Please allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for us to process your credit card refund or ship a replacement item.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
